Several days ago I bought a bike from the Peter Macco shop. I arrived there about one hour before the shop closing, and I left more than one hour after. In this time, I tried different bikes, seats, adjustments etc. The shop owners were very nice and extremely patient, kept adjusting each bike the way I wanted, and then waiting for me to make yet another test ride...long after the normal shop closing time. I got good advice, a quite expensive bike at a reduced price, a lock for free, and also some fun. I cannot imagine a better service, except maybe for giving the bikes for free.
