Avoid VIDAXL at all costs!.Vidaxl is completely worthless, and my experience with their customer service has been harrowing. They sent me the wrong package, they expect me to make efforts to return it to them, essentially fixing their mistake. They mess up their solutions time after time, cant manage to respect agreements and they dont react with anything other than the standard public relations line to my frustrations.

The product i bought from them was nothing like advertised, and unusable.

After 2 weeks and 25+ mails to them they seem to choose to ignore me it seems, and this stupid box they promised to pick up is still in the way and an eyesore that reminds me of their incompetence every time i look at it.
