I bought a laptop from Coolblue, but sadly it was not the best of products. It started going wrong and freezing. I contacted Coolblue who said that they would replace it with another.
I sent the laptop back and waited for my replacement.......and waited......and waited, I then got an email saying that they didn't have a replacement and that they would give me my money back!
Great service coolblue....NOT!
Left me without a laptop, poor service, no contact, no apology!
