Ordered some chopsticks on Dec 13th as a Christmas present. No reply to my e-mail on Dec 22nd asking when it would be delivered. Eventually, they arrived in the new year. The envelope seems to have been sent only a few days after my order according to the stamp, so it may be an issue with the delivery service and not with Chopstickx.
In the end, I received my order and the quality is great, so I'm happy. Just a pity that it was after Christmas and not within the 2 working days as promised on the website ;)
